Two of the founders of Furnituredesignmarket.com are furniture designers themselves, and our goal is to give designers all over the world the chance to enter the global furniture market. Furnituredesignmarket.com will pay designers a 5% royalty rate for each product that is put into production, unless other royalty terms have been approved by both FDM and the designer. If a customer, via an interior architect, interior designer or distributor, chooses design and production from FDM, the product(s) will either be produced in China, Lithuania, Poland, Italy or Norway.
In order to add a product to Furnituredesignmarket.com's database, you need to have a designer profile. Furthermore, your 3D drawings have to meet the upload requirements and, before it is published, it needs to receive a final approval by FDM. You need to upload four different 3D rendrings in 740x540 pixels, preferably JPGs. Image 1, 2 and 3 should show your product from three different angles, while for image 4 the main product measurements should be added on the rendring before you upload.
